Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is an Romanian actor and TV host. She's most famous as the lead in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control, and Rush. The sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. She began her career in showbiz from a young age. The actress was in lead roles in dramas on television as young when she was just 16. Her fame was due to her performance in Der Tunnel. This paved the way for other unforgettable roles, including Adolf Hitler's secretary of state Traudl Junge. The Reader, Der Baader Meinhof Komplex and The Reader are also Oscar-nominated films featuring the actress. Alexandra has worked on numerous notable projects globally and nationally. The British biographical feature Control, the Greek-language drama The Dust of Time, and the French historical miniseries Napoleon are among them. In addition, she was a member of the jury for the Cannes Film Festival and the Transylvania International Film Festival.
